Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?+

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?+

Who covers return shipping costs?+

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item received is defective or incorrect, ELV WEAR will cover all return shipping fees.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

When will my refund be processed?+

Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.

What materials do you use?+

Our garments are crafted from premium cotton blends and carefully selected fabrics chosen for their quality, durability, and comfort. Detailed fabric composition is listed on each product page.

How should I care for my garments?+

Machine wash cold with similar colors. Tumble dry on low heat. Turn garments inside out to preserve embroidery and prints. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat if needed.

How do your pieces fit?+

Our designs feature a relaxed, contemporary silhouette. Comprehensive size charts are available on each product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, comfortable fit.
