Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for online purchases. Items purchased during promotional periods follow the same return timeline to ensure you have ample time to consider your selection.
For our European customers, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, with an extended courtesy period of 30 days.
Eligibility & Condition
To ensure the integrity of our pieces, returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
We're unable to accept returns on final sale items, personalized pieces, or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
Beginning your return is effortless. Simply contact our client services team, and we'll provide you with a prepaid return label and detailed instructions. We'll guide you through each step to ensure a seamless experience.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Should you receive an item that's damaged or not what you ordered, please reach out to us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. You'll receive email confirmation at each stage of the process.
For European customers, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items, as required by law.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
