How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and destination. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipment.
United States Shipping:
- Standard Shipping – 5–7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping – 2–3 business days after processing
- Express Shipping – 1–2 business days after processing
International Shipping:
- Canada – 7–10 business days after processing
- Europe – 10–14 business days after processing
- Rest of World – 14–21 business days after processing

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping rates will apply at checkout.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, and select international destinations. Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click the tracking link in your email or visit the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and enter your tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your order.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes may be possible if your order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at elvwear.contact@gmail.com with your order number and updated address. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. ELV WEAR is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us right away—we'll do our best to assist before shipment.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees.
What if my order is delayed?
While we strive for timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high-volume periods. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at elvwear.contact@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll investigate immediately.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO)?
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States via USPS. Please note that expedited and express shipping options may not be available for these addresses.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
While we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date, selecting expedited or express shipping will help ensure faster arrival. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend choosing express shipping and placing your order well in advance.
What happens if no one is home to receive my package?
Delivery procedures vary by carrier. In most cases, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup at a local facility. You can also use your tracking number to manage delivery preferences directly with the carrier.
